Inspired by the beauty of nature, the joy of exploring mountains and cities, and the wonders of travel, I paint with a heartfelt touch. Every tree, flower, and object I create has its own personality and charm. Just like people, they're influenced by the shifting light of day, the changing seasons, and the world around them—both natural and man-made. Growing up in the South, with a rich heritage blending African-American and Taiwanese roots, my art reflects this vibrant tapestry. I pour my influences into each piece, using rough-hewn materials, a freehand approach, a lively color palette, and a spirit that invites connection.
